Reporting and advice

After each site visit, we send you a detailed report. You will receive not only the findings, but also practical recommendations and suggestions for improvement. So you are always up to date on the state of your installations and can take action quickly.

Mobile washer

Our service van is known as the mobile washing line. Here the filters are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected using an automated flushing process made possible by our proprietary PB software. We ensure that the filters are as good as new, ready to deliver optimum performance in your water treatment system. We come to you with our mobile rinsing line, making the maintenance of your filters fast, efficient and hassle-free.

Easy cancellation

Our service package is designed to meet your needs and is flexible. You can change or cancel it at any time, giving you complete freedom over your service requirements and budget.

One-time service

The one-off service, also known as the 0 service, involves a thorough assessment and maintenance of the installation, including tailored advice. This type of service is not limited to PB factory equipment and can be applied to various installations. Based on the results of the assessment, we provide advice on future maintenance.

Service agreement A

Our most common service contract includes regular on-site maintenance once or twice a year, depending on the installation. We bring our mobile flushing line to thoroughly clean and disinfect the filters.

Filter change service

Replacement Filter ServiceWe offer flexible maintenance by keeping the necessary replacement filters in house. Need to clean the filters? No worries. We send you new filters and you send us the used ones. From our home base in Zelhem, we provide a thorough refresh, ready for the next round. A smooth process that we are happy to arrange for you.

  • Your filters are serviced from our epicentre in Zelhem.
  • For a smooth transition, you buy replacement filters.
  • Clean modules are sent to you, while used modules are returned to Zelhem for treatment.
